Papatuanuku - The Life cycle of a Frog

We have been writing and learning about the life cycle of a frog. Room 1 has some tadpoles and we have been looking every day. Some of the big tadpoles have back legs. We are waiting to see their front legs appear. 

Papatuanku - Life Cycle of a Butterfly

We have been learning and writing about the life of a butterfly for our topic of Papatuanuku. We have a Swan Plant in our room and it has 2 Monarch caterpillars and 1 Chrysalis. We can't wait to see it hatch into a Monarch Butterfly.
